What to expect during your visit

Your safety is our number one priority. To ensure the safety of all patients and staff, all initial appointments are booked as a phone visit first.

1. First, visit our website to request your appointment online for a phone visit.

2. Next, our dedicated appointments team will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to confirm a day and time for a phone appointment.

3. On the day and time of your appointment, your doctor will call you directly to begin your phone visit and assist you with your medical needs, prescription renewals and more!

4. During your initial phone visit, your doctor will assess if you require further in-person medical care at our medical clinic.

5. Per your doctor’s assessment, our dedicated appointments team will book your in-person visit and confirm a new day and time.

6. When you arrive to our medical clinic, we adhere to enhanced COVID-19 screening procedures and safety measures to help keep you safe.


Some restrictions may apply for certain prescriptions and refills including narcotics and pain medications that may require further face to face assessment or consultation.
